I am Mani Mistry Elavia, founder of Beacon Light, a registered organization committed to helping parents and teachers nurture children into resilient, well-balanced adults — individuals with a scientific mind, a compassionate heart and a positive outlook. I also design and conduct life skills workshops that empower children to build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and essential interpersonal skills — qualities that help them succeed both professionally and personally. As a career coach, I work closely with students to identify career paths that align with their personality, aptitude, and interests, while staying relevant to the emerging opportunities today and tomorrow.
